Driving lessons

So, what can you expect from your lessons?

I have adopted the Client Centred Learning approach to driving tuition. This means that instead of using a “one size fits all” approach, all lessons are tailored to the individual needs of the pupil. We’ll have a look at your goals and individual needs to ensure that we are working at a pace that suits your learning. I use a variety of visual aids including interactive apps on a tablet, videos and pictures to help pupils to understand the topics we cover and will provide notes and additional learning aids for you to look at between lessons. There’s always more than one way to look at a problem so if you’re struggling we will find a different way of approaching the situation until you feel confident with it.

Lessons are £45 per hour and can be 1, 1.5 or 2 hours long, you choose!

Everyone receives a free “meet and greet” appointment before their first lesson to give us a chance to meet and go over the necessary paperwork. This also gives you a chance to ask me any questions you may have before you start your lessons.

I also offer lessons for people with additional needs. I have completed specialised training in assisting people with a variety of diverse learning needs and now have a lot of experience helping people to overcome a variety of obstacles, to attain their licence. This can be anything from ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia or Autism, to mental health issues such as anxiety.

I book everyone into regular lesson slots, so your day and time will be the same every week. This means that you can be confident that you’re going to have regular lessons which will aid your learning. My work hours are 10-3.30 from Monday-Friday.
