Ruth is an amazing instructor and I couldn’t recommend anyone better. Her lessons are calm and relaxed and she organises the lessons for each person. I struggled on gear changes and the clutch but after a few lessons where she showed me the correct way to do it, I got it. Thank you so much for your help! Definitely book your lessons with her!

After two bad experiences with two previous instructors my brother recommended Ruth. He went with Ruth after a bad experience with his first driving instructor. My brother passed first time with her as did I. Ruth has a calming approach and will explain things in a way you will understand. She has a lot of patients what is great as I was a nervous driver to begin with. Ruth helped me to enjoy driving and helped build my confidence up behind the wheel. It is also so nice to be asked what you want to do in lessons that you feel you need to improve on when you are close to your test. During Covid Ruth made sure to keep all her students up to date with regular messages what was great. Then when it came back to driving again Ruth made me feel comfortable straight away getting back behind the wheel after a long break. It is nice to be asked what you want to do in lessons that you feel you need to improve on. I would give Ruth 100% rating as I believe her to be a great instructor as did my brother. Ruth is a brilliant driving instructor who always made me feel comfortable, as she was friendly and patient. We did a review at the end of each lesson which really helped my confidence and development and she always listened and helped me with whatever I was worried about. Whenever I made a mistake she would explain what had happened and what I needed to do different next time. She was very helpful with what I needed to be prepared for in the test, as not much information had come out about the new test. Thank you for getting me to pass first time! I highly recommend her as a driving instructor.

Furthermore, Ruth was very well informed of the new driving test changes, so when I had to move from one test type to another she made it much easier for me. It was a pleasure to learn with her.
